Summary of Duties :

- -Applicants must have knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and in writing.
- Prosecutorial criminal casework.
- Conduct legal research and writing.
- Conduct depositions and interview witnesses, victims, and law enforcement to prepare cases for prosecution.
- Trial work includes case preparation, jury selection, examining and cross-examining witnesses, opening statements, and closing arguments for trial.
- Proficient management of casework.
- The ability to use office computer software and equipment.
