Construction Litigation Associate:
The Associate Attorney will manage construction litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution. The Associate will argue motions in court, defend depositions and draft pleadings. Qualifications Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience Prefer experience in construction defect (WILL TRAIN as long as candidates have litigation experience) Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Able to manage a heavy work load with competing priorities A bit about us: - We are a Florida based firm specializing in Construction Defect.
