This Commercial Litigation Attorney will have experience with commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business torts, and creditor rights cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Qualifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing3+ years of experience handling commercial litigation mattersStrong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositionsProven ability to manage cases from inception through resolutionExcellent written and oral advocacy skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and develop case strategiesRepresent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholdersManage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresCollaborate with partners and team members on complex litigation matters
