Attorney Real Estate Transaction Tampa, FL Full-TimeOn-Site$130,000 - $180,000 /yr Posted April 29, 2026 Established (30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Associate Attorney for Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Development in Tampa, Florida An established firm based in Tampa, Florida with over 30 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in an onsite or hybrid capacity. This role involves sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and real estate development matters, working closely with developers, investors, and lenders on Florida-based projects.
Offer:

Qualifications:
Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing 3+ years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm or comparable environment Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing matters Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with partners and clients Excellent communication skills and a practical, business-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial real estate transactions from initial due diligence through closing Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and related documents Conduct title and survey review and coordinate with title companies and lenders Assist with real estate development matters including entity structuring and financing Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and third-party professionals Support partners on complex transactions while managing individual deal components For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
