Full Job Description Corporate Associate Location:

Tampa, FL Experience:

3-4 years Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactional matters within a collaborative corporate practice.

What You'll Work On:

Advising publicly and privately held companies on corporate transactions Supporting mergers & acquisitions and joint venture transactions Assisting with domestic and cross-border capital markets matters Working on secured and unsecured financing transactions Handling private placements and general corporate matters Drafting and negotiating transactional documents and corporate agreements

What We're Looking For:

3-4 years of corporate transactional experience Strong drafting and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively under deadlines Experience with M&A, financing, capital markets, or general corporate work preferred Experience at a leading national or international law firm is a plus JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active Florida Bar admission preferred
