  • Full-time Job description Bell Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with an outgoing personality that desires to be a part of a smaller firm and is driven to assist with building the practice, including being actively involved with marketing efforts to continue our growth.
There is a full-time Associate Attorney position available at Bell Law Firm for an extremely bright and talented attorney. A successful candidate will need to have a passion for estate planning and probate law, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and an excellent eye for detail. The ability to develop and manage relationships with clients and other firm members is paramount to driving personal and firm success. Experience in estate planning and probate is a plus, as is a passion for helping clients in challenging life situations. The firm currently has an extremely motivated and customer-oriented staff and the ideal candidate must be a team player with similar attributes. Responsibilities
  • Meeting with clients to determine their needs regarding estate planning, probate, trust administration and guardianship and advising on how we can best assist with those needs.
  • Conducting effective legal research, analyzing data, and providing legal solutions for the situation.
  • Effectively communicating with our clients, staff and others in person, via phone, Zoom and emails.
  • Meeting with clients to explain and assist them with executing their legal documents.
  • Attending any marketing and/or educational events that may be necessary to build both the professional and legal needs for the benefit of the candidate and the firm. Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited law program and licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
  • Willingness to learn estate planning and probate law with strong knowledge of legal research, laws and regulations related to estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate law.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of professional conduct, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and ability to effectively manage, organize and complete high caseloads.
  • Client service oriented, ability to assess clients' needs, empathize, assist with challenging life problems, and deliver quality services in a timely fashion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner, comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software.
  • Existing Notary preferred
