The Villages, Florida (In-Office Position) We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing firm serving clients in and around The Villages. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is confident in handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters and is interested in playing a key role in the firm's continued expansion throughout Florida. Our firm is rapidly growing with multiple locations across the state, and we are looking for a driven attorney who can maintain high standards of client service while effectively managing a full caseload. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and experienced in handling cases from intake through resolution, including trial preparation when necessary. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment while contributing to the firm's ongoing growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through litigation Conduct case evaluations and develop legal strategies Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials Negotiate settlements in pre-litigation and litigation phases Ensure office performance aligns with firm standards and client service expectations Maintain strong client communication and case management practices

Qualifications:

Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Minimum 5 years of personal injury experience Proven courtroom and deposition experience Strong negotiation and case management skills Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in-office Bilingual a plus
