Job Description

Attorney needed to work from our main office in downtown Vero Beach, one block from the courthouse. Pay is salary of $70,000 - $130,000 plus bonus 2x per year. Practice areas focus on hourly civil litigation, divorce, family law, and appeals. Technological, writing, and legal research proficiency are required. To be a viable candidate you must have sufficient knowledge, training, experience, and disposition to independently handle adversarial hearings and trials with guidance from a partner attorney. Hours can be flexible, but attorneys are expected to place their highest priority on meeting client needs. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Representing Clients in Court Performing legal research Drafting legal documents Processing discovery Analyzing evidence Assisting with trial preparation Handling documentation and correspondence as needed Electronic filing Following office procedures to maintain the integrity of the firm Cooperating with others to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction Participate as needed in special projects Additional Dress Code - Bus.
