Job Summary A respected legal services organization is seeking an Attorney-Community Association Law for a direct hire opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys client-facing legal work, practical problem solving, and advising condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations on a wide range of legal matters. - Provide legal guidance to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations on community association matters.
- Analyze legal issues, conduct legal research, and prepare clear, well-reasoned legal opinions.
- Draft, review, and amend governing documents, contracts, correspondence, and related legal materials.
- Prepare for and attend board meetings, membership meetings, and client consultations.
- Assist clients with enforcement of governing documents and provide practical legal solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and professional counsel. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
