Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired . Requirements Stellar academic credentials. Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy.

Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required. Your Day-to-Day Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Analyzing complex legal issues and providing targeted and effective counsel to clients. Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions. Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
