Corporate Associate / Counsel South Florida

We are working on behalf of a well-established South Florida law firm seeking a Corporate Associate or Counsel to join its transactional practice in its Palm Beach County or Broward County offices. The group handles a steady flow of middle-market M&A, corporate governance, and general business transactions for closely held businesses, founders, private companies, and private equity-backed clients. Attorneys in this group are given substantial responsibility and direct client interaction, rather than operating within heavily layered teams.

Qualifications:
