Job Description:
The Orlando office of Walker, Revels, Greninger, PLLC is currently seeking an Associate with 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience. Your Day-to-Day Develop litigation strategy Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediation Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Prepare cases for trial and negotiate settlements Work directly with clients and insurance carriers to develop litigation strategies Communicate effectively with team members, clients, experts, and opposing counsel Adapt to and work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Qualifications Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing Previous experience in Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Benefits Competitive salary with bonus potential 100% Company-paid Health Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Group Vision & Dental plans Matching 401k PTO and more
