We have a team of forward-thinking professionals to redefine the industry, and we're looking for a dynamic attorney to join us as a experienced Real Estate Attorney for our Alpharetta office.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to work out of our Alpharetta office. This is a unique opportunity to join rapidly growing firm. The ideal candidate will conduct real estate closings while ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions in Georgia, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
  • Participate in marketing events to grow the firm's client base and establish a strong presence in the Georgia real estate market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, realtors, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure all closings are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a client-first approach.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law, specifically in conducting closings.
  • Proven expertise in Georgia real estate transactions, title examination, and closing procedures.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client and partner relationships.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting innovative tools to enhance efficiency (experience with Qualia a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
