Atlanta Metro area We are seeking a Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on defense litigation experience, meaningful case ownership, and the ability to grow within a respected, collaborative firm. Our firm represents insureds, insurers, and corporate clients in personal injury and tort matters and is known for high-quality advocacy and practical, results-driven litigation. What You'll Do Defend a caseload of personal injury and tort matters on behalf of insureds and corporate clients Handle cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions Communicate directly with insurance adjusters, clients, experts, and opposing counsel Collaborate with partners and support staff on complex litigation What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member of the Georgia Bar (or eligible) 2+ years of experience in personal injury defense, insurance defense, or civil litigation Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Premises liability, auto liability, or general liability defense experience Deposition or trial experience Experience working with insurance carriers Why Join?
