They are currently seeking a mission-driven Immigration Attorney to lead their Citizenship and Naturalization efforts.This role is ideal for a legal professional who enjoys broad, generalized immigration work and finds fulfillment in helping individuals navigate the final, life-changing steps of their American journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide high-level legal counsel and direct representation for clients seeking naturalization and other related relief before USCIS.
Direct Client Advocacy:
Interview and screen a diverse client base, assessing eligibility and providing empathetic guidance on complex citizenship pathways.Full-Cycle Case Management:
Prepare and file comprehensive immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation with meticulous attention to detail.USCIS Representation:
Prepare clients for and represent them during USCIS interviews, ensuring they feel confident and supported.Legal Research & Writing:
Draft memoranda and briefs for USCIS and the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), maintaining a sharp awareness of evolving policy changes.Community Leadership:
Lead outreach initiatives and educational presentations to help local families understand their rights and the naturalization process.Team Supervision:
Mentor and oversee paralegals, interns, and volunteers to ensure grant compliance and high-quality file maintenance.The Ideal Candidate for the Bilingual Immigration Attorney - Citizenship & Naturalization roleWe are looking for a practitioner who balances technical legal knowledge with a high degree of "soft skills."
Linguistic Versatility:
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English is a non-negotiable requirement. Additional language skills are a significant plus.Compassionate Approach:
