• Responsibilities and practice
• Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join our nationally recognized Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

Ideal candidates bring strong complex litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and an interest in high-level insurance coverage litigation, dispute analysis, and coverage assessments. Our associates work collaboratively with our partners and clients, and are key members of our team. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Drafting complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents + Handling all aspects of litigation - from case inception through trial and appeal, where applicable + Conducting legal research and drafting analytical memoranda + Managing written discovery, document review, and depositions + Working directly with clients, witnesses, experts, and other counsel + Analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions and related analyses This is an excellent opportunity to work with dedicated lawyers who are passionate about their work, all while enjoying the benefits of an international law firm. Pursuant to Washington, DC law, the salary range for this position in Washington, DC is $260,000 to $390,000 based on experience. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
