Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney 📍 Atlanta, GA | Onsite | Confidential Opportunity GPAC has partnered with a respected and established law firm seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team in the Atlanta area. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build strong litigation experience within a collaborative and professionally supportive environment. The firm is known for providing high-quality representation in workers' compensation matters and offers attorneys meaningful case responsibility, mentorship, and long-term career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Handle workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and administrative agencies Review medical records and evaluate claims exposure Negotiate settlements and assist with litigation strategy Manage caseloads efficiently while meeting all deadlines Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active admission to the Georgia Bar preferred 2+ years of workers' compensation and/or civil litigation experience required Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Hearing or deposition experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Paid time off and firm holidays Professional development and mentorship opportunities Collaborative work environment with long-term advancement potential For confidential consideration, please apply directly or email: zach.zink@gogpac.com
