Our client is a Georgia-based personal injury law firm that aggressively represents injured clients in cases like car accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. They are searching for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team ASAP!
Salary:
$100-150k base salary (based on experience) + bonus + comprehensive benefitsJob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to handle a high-volume caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters. This role requires strong litigation experience, the ability to take cases through trial, and a proactive approach to case strategy and client advocacy. Candidates must be licensed in either South Carolina or Georgia, with dual licensure highly preferred.Job Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents Develop case strategies and evaluate liability and damages Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Prepare cases for trial, including working with experts and witnessesQualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license in South Carolina and/or Georgia (dual licensure preferred) 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience Proven experience handling cases in litigation (trial experience preferred) Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases simultaneously Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:
