- Handle residential real estate closings from start to finish
- Review title, closing documents, contracts, and settlement statements
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal team members
- Identify and resolve title or closing-related issues
- Ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent client service throughout the closing process Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
