Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its Braselton, Georgia office. This role is ideal for an attorney with some experience in residential real estate transactions and closings who enjoys client interaction, detail-oriented work, and being part of a respected real estate-focused legal team. Responsibilities
  • Handle residential real estate closings from start to finish
  • Review title, closing documents, contracts, and settlement statements
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal team members
  • Identify and resolve title or closing-related issues
  • Ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent client service throughout the closing process Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
  • Experience with residential real estate closings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
