Job Description

Insurance Defense Associate Attorney Job Description:
Seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense litigation and be adept at handling a variety of complex legal issues. This role involves managing cases from inception to resolution, including conducting depositions, drafting motions, and representing clients in court.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including commercial litigation, property damage, and professional liability claims. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations. Develop and implement case strategies and provide legal advice to clients. Negotiate settlements and work with experts to prepare cases for trial. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of solid experience in insurance defense litigation. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Proper bar Liscense. Strong understanding of insurance law and defense strategies. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
