Position Overview We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing plaintiff-side practice. This position is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a contingency-based environment, and is motivated by both results and purpose. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation through trial, and will be committed to providing high-quality legal representation and client service. Specifically, the attorney will manage litigation of personal injury cases, including pre-suit investigation, litigation, negotiation, mediation, and trial. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and factual investigations Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands Take and defend depositions Communicate compassionately and clearly with clients throughout the litigation process Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Collaborate with legal staff to deliver excellent client service Business development through referrals and lead generation Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and personal injury law Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and in good standing with the state bar Trial experience Strong written and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team Values Alignment Qualified candidates must be aligned with the firm's core values: Wisdom
