Title Attorney (Trainee)

Realty Title & Escrow Services has a great opportunity for a Georgia-licensed Real Estate Attorney focused on the technical execution of residential and commercial transactions. This role balances high-volume file management with complex legal problem-solving.

Job Description Technical Responsibilities Closing Oversight:

Lead transactions from initial contract review through final execution and post-closing.

Title Analysis:

Review title commitments, identify defects, and execute necessary curative actions.

Document Preparation:

Draft and review deeds, affidavits, loan packages, and settlement statements.

Legal Counsel:

Provide expert guidance on title insurance, escrow requirements, and Georgia real estate law.

Requirements Licensure:

Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.

Experience:

Proven background in real estate law, title clearance, and closing procedures.

Precision:

Exceptional attention to detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Solutions-Oriented:

Ability to resolve complex title issues and closing hurdles independently.
