You'll work on a wide variety of policies, industries, and coverage disputes—far beyond repetitive claim handling. Whether you already have coverage experience or are a strong litigator looking to specialize, this role offers depth, variety, and long-term career development . What You'll Do Analyze and litigate insurance coverage and bad faith matters involving: Commercial General Liability (CGL) Personal lines
D&O, E&O
First-party property claims Draft coverage opinions and evaluate complex policy issues Litigate coverage disputes in state and federal courts Work with a diverse client base, including: National insurance carriers Specialty and non-admitted insurers Collaborate closely with experienced partners on sophisticated matters What Were Looking For Some experience with insurance coverage analysis or litigation preferred Litigation experience of any type is helpful 2-8 years of experience , though all levels considered Active Georgia Bar license (required) Strong legal writing and issue-spotting skills Interest in developing deep subject-matter expertise What You'll Gain Broad exposure to nearly every type of insurance policy Training in both coverage analysis and litigation strategy Meaningful client interaction A practice that is intellectually challenging and never repetitive A realistic path to partnership and leadership + BONUS
