The Experience:

A Bachelor's degree paired with 7+ years of rock-solid HR generalist experience.

The Know-How:

Deep knowledge of employment laws, benefits communication, and employee relations. If you have a PHR/SPHR or a Master's degree, that's a major cherry on top!
