Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 12:00
PM Compensation:
$13.00 per hour Position Overview Little Successful Angels Daycare & Learning Academy is seeking a dependable, caring, and experienced Morning Operations & Family Support Associate to join our team on an interim, part-time basis. This position is ideal for a retired professional, former childcare employee, or individual with prior experience in the childcare industry who is ready to re-enter the workforce and contribute to a positive, family-centered environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in opening the center each morning, preparing meals, welcoming children and families, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children, values relationships with families, and understands the importance of creating a warm, safe, and nurturing atmosphere. Key ResponsibilitiesMorning Operations Open the facility each morning and prepare classrooms and common areas for daily operations. Conduct opening safety and cleanliness checks. Ensure the facility is organized, welcoming, and ready for children and staff. Food Preparation & Kitchen Support Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch according to center guidelines. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Family & Customer Service Support Greet families and children with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm. Assist with morning check-in procedures. Build positive relationships with children, parents, guardians, and staff. Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the center's commitment to family engagement. Classroom & Team Support Assist staff as needed during morning transitions. Support a positive learning environment throughout the center. Help maintain a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere. Participate in training opportunities and staff meetings when requested. QualificationsPreferred Experience Previous experience working in a childcare center, preschool, daycare, Head Start, church nursery, or related educational setting. Understanding of childcare center operations and daily routines. Experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or nutrition services is a plus.
