Experienced Criminal Defense Attorney Crawford Boyle LLC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our award-winning team in Gwinnett County. Former prosecutors and Public Defenders are strongly encouraged to apply

Compensation:
$90,000 + base salary plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
Qualifications:
Attorneys should be active members of their local bar association. The attorney will be responsible from the client intake to the completion of the case. New graduates will be considered, but courtroom experience is preferred. The ability to work independently, with excellent communication and record-keeping skills, is important for this position.
