Job Description About the Role The Ebrahimi Law Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Specialist / Case Manager to join our growing team. This role will primarily assist with personal injury matters, including new client intake, case setup, client communication, medical record and bill collection, insurance claim follow-up, and general case management. We are looking for someone who is professional, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking with clients who may be dealing with injuries, vehicle damage, medical treatment, and insurance issues. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and help move cases forward from intake through settlement or litigation preparation. Bilingual Spanish-English ability is strongly preferred. Basic Qualifications Experience in personal injury intake, case management, or legal assistant work is strongly preferred. Bilingual Spanish-English is strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced law office. Comfortable speaking with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer use. Experience with Clio or other legal case management software is a plus. Professional, compassionate, and patient demeanor when working with injured clients. Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate case notes. Personal Injury Intake Responsibilities Answer calls from potential new personal injury clients. Conduct initial intake interviews and gather facts about accidents and injuries. Obtain basic accident information, insurance information, medical treatment information, photos, police reports, and other supporting documents. Explain the general intake and case-opening process to potential clients. Schedule consultations or attorney follow-ups when needed. Prepare new client files and enter accurate information into the case management system. Follow up with potential clients to obtain missing information or documents. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients in English and Spanish, if applicable. Personal Injury Case Management Responsibilities Maintain regular contact with clients regarding medical treatment, vehicle damage, insurance issues, and case status. Request, track, and organize medical records and medical bills. Communicate with medical providers regarding records, bills, balances, and treatment status. Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, liability, property damage, coverage, and settlement issues. Help prepare demand packages, medical summaries, settlement documents, and case materials. Track important deadlines and keep case files organized and updated. Assist attorneys and staff with preparing cases for settlement negotiations or litigation. Document all communications and updates in the firm's case management system. Help ensure clients receive consistent updates and know what documents or information are needed from them.
Preferred Experience Personal injury law:
