Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Associate Attorney position based in Bibb County, GA. The Associate Attorney will handle their own cases, resolving through settlement or litigating cases. The Associate Attorney will need to be able to provide legal advice, conduct legal research, and engage in negotiations on behalf of clients. The role involves managing case files, representing clients in court, and collaborating with team members to deliver comprehensive and effective legal solutions. Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Litigation
  • 1-3 years of Personal Injury Law experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in providing Legal advice and conducting thorough legal research.
  • Demonstrates skills in negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple case files effectively.
  • Membership in the Georgia State Bar and active license to practice law.
Pay:
$65,000.00
  • $100,000.
