We are a plaintiff's personal injury law firm based in Macon, Georgia. Our firm handles a wide range of matters including auto accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Attorney to handle a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through litigation. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience, client responsibility, and a clear path to significant earnings.

What You'll Do:

Manage a caseload of personal injury files (pre-suit and litigation) Conduct depositions, draft motions, and handle discovery Communicate directly with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel Prepare cases for mediation, negotiation, and trial

What We're Looking For:

2-5+ years of experience (personal injury preferred, but not required) Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar Strong writing and communication skills Self-starter who takes ownership of cases Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines

Compensation:

Base Salary:

$80,000•$110,000 (depending on experience)

Performance Bonus:

Percentage of fees on resolved cases Significant upside for attorneys who originate or take ownership of cases Total compensation potential: $125,000•$200,000+
