This role focuses on foreclosure, creditors rights, and real estate default matters, including representing mortgage servicers and lenders throughout the foreclosure lifecycle while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Offer Salary range:
$95,000-$130,000+ contingent on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development and CLE support Qualifications Active Georgia Bar membership in good standing 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure or creditors rights matters Experience representing lenders, servicers, or financial institutions Strong knowledge of Georgia foreclosure procedures and timelines Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Handle residential foreclosure matters from referral through sale Draft and review pleadings, motions, notices, and foreclosure documents Ensure compliance with state and federal foreclosure regulations Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders Manage deadlines and maintain accurate case files Provide legal analysis and recommendations related to default servicing matters For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
