Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in our Savannah office. The ideal candidate prioritizes clients, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and possesses a strong work ethic, and is an experienced advocate who can independently manage a personal injury caseload, effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, and contribute to the continued success of the Firm through leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury cases, including complex matters. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, research, writing, negotiation, and the ability to mentor and support team members within their practice group. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a personal injury caseload through successful settlement. Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including complex liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters. Analyze case facts, medical records, expert reports, and damages to develop effective case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Regularly communicate with clients regarding case status, strategy, and expectations while providing exceptional client support. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and workflow. Supervise, mentor, and support members of the practice group team while promoting accountability and professionalism. Maintain compliance with Firm procedures, deadlines, and best practices. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia and in good standing. 3-5 years of legal personal injury experience. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a personal injury caseload. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and client communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple assignments and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to following Firm procedures and standards. Leadership experience or a willingness to mentor and guide support staff and junior team members. Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
