Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Are you a newer lawyer looking for a foot in the door at the Premier Personal Injury firm in the country? Are you an experienced lawyer that is looking for a less adversarial role with predictable hours? Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases primarily motor vehicle cases. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association Personal injury experience preferred Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Detail oriented, understanding fact patterns This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager. #LI-MS2 Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
