We have recovered over $20 billion and are known for handling personal injury, class actions, and consumer protection cases. We are seeking a Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their team. The Medical Malpractice Attorney will handle and support a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial.

Juris Doctor Degree from an American Bar Association-Accredited Law School Active Member in Good Standing with State Bar Association Medical Malpractice Experience, preferably Plaintiff Ability to manage high volume Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills What Will You Be Doing? Day-to-day handling of medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum Guide clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances and trial For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
