Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney - Atlanta, GA Established and growing civil defense litigation firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity offers hands-on litigation experience, strong mentorship, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience handling construction litigation matters and be comfortable managing a litigation caseload, drafting motions, conducting depositions, and attending hearings. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and courts Develop case strategy and evaluate exposure Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar 2+ years of litigation experience preferred Construction litigation experience strongly preferred Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to independently manage files and deadlines Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution PTO and paid holidays Hybrid flexibility available If you are a motivated and skilled attorney looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and innovative environment, I want to hear from you!
