- The Children's Law Center LLLC is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing family law litigation team. Our practice focuses on high-conflict family law, custody litigation, and child-centered advocacy. We are looking for an attorney who is motivated, compassionate, organized, and interested in developing strong courtroom and litigation skills while helping families navigate difficult transitions. This position offers substantial hands-on litigation experience, mentorship, courtroom exposure, and meaningful client interaction within a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Manage family law and custody litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and legal memoranda Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assist with litigation strategy and case development Maintain organized case management and deadlines Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Hawaii or pending Hawaii bar admission Strong legal writing and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases Interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy Family law experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Bonus and advancement opportunities Mentorship and professional development Collaborative team environment Meaningful and mission-driven work About Our Firm Our professional focus is building a litigation team that reduces harm to families while still providing exceptional advocacy. Pay:

$62,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
