Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Labor & Employment Counsel to lead the enterprise-wide labor & employment law function within this organization's North American operations. This senior role will serve as the primary legal advisor to HR and business leaders, driving strategy, managing risk, and ensuring legal is a proactive business partner. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity with direct access to senior leadership and the autonomy to shape employment legal strategy at scale.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead employment & labor law strategy across the organization Oversee litigation (including class action single-plaintiff matters) and manage outside counsel Direct wage & hour compliance and risk mitigation efforts Partner with HR to develop and deliver employment law training and policy guidance Navigate union avoidance strategies and labor relations fundamentals in a non-union environment
Requirements:
Must have a JD and active bar membership 5+ years of employment/labor law experience Strong litigation background and executive-level influence Proven ability to lead, think strategically, and operate independently
