Job Description
Associate Attorney - Corporate & Business Transactions A prestigious, regional full-service law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its sophisticated practice group in Boise. This firm is recognized for handling high-caliber, complex commercial transactions and offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with a clear path for professional advancement. The Opportunity You will join an elite team of corporate attorneys, taking a meaningful role in structuring, drafting, and closing high-stakes business and real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Transactions:
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate finance.Commercial Contracts:
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and general corporate governance documents.Entity Formation & Structuring:
Guide clients through entity selection, formation, and strategic structuring, including formations tied to sophisticated real estate investments.Real Estate Financing:
Assist with real estate-secured financings and other commercial real estate transactions.Candidate Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated corporate or business transactional experience.Firm Background:
Proven track record working within the corporate/business practice group of a sophisticated, high-quality law firm.Core Competencies:
Strong foundational knowledge in one or more of the following: M&A, corporate finance, private equity, tax law, or general corporate matters. Experience with real estate-secured transactions is highly desirable.Licensure:
Must be an active member of the Idaho State Bar in good standing.Compensation & Benefits Salary:
