What You'll Do As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their cases and supporting attorneys with case development: Manage personal injury case files from intake through settlement support Coordinate client medical treatment and follow-ups Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and lien holders Order, review, and organize medical records and billing Obtain police reports, wage loss documentation, and other key evidence Assist in preparing settlement demand packages Maintain accurate case documentation in a paperless system Provide professional, responsive support via phone and email What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment: 1+ year experience in personal injury, medical billing, banking, or similar (PI experience required for higher-level candidates) Strong ability to analyze medical records and billing Excellent communication and client service skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Professional, reliable, and accountable Comfortable with technology and paperless systems Fast and accurate typing skills ⭐ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus and highly valued Why Join Sargent Law Firm?
