We are representing a premier, high-growth firm in Eagle, Idaho, seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team in a beautiful, state-of-the-art office. Oversee and lead litigation strategy for cases involving real estate, property law, and employment disputes.Caseload Management:
Independently manage a busy and growing civil litigation practice.High-Level Counsel:
Provide sophisticated legal advice and representation to a diverse client base.Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.Advocacy:
Represent clients in negotiations and all stages of the litigation process.Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant civil litigation experience.Bar Admission:
Must be an active member in good standing of the Idaho State Bar or eligible for reciprocal admission.Skills:
Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills are essential for this role.Mindset:
