Litigation Associate (2+ Years) -

Full-Time, M-F (with some flexibility) Are you a litigator who thrives in the courtroom rather than just the research library? We are representing a premier Boise-based firm seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate to join their growing team. This is a role for a "hands-on" attorney who is ready to manage the litigation lifecycle from initial filing through the final verdict. Practice Areas Our firm handles a diverse range of civil matters. Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in one or more of the following:
Commercial Litigation:
Breach of contract, partnership disputes, and business torts.
Real Estate & Construction:
Boundary/easement disputes, construction defects, and lien foreclosures.
Employment Law:
Defense or plaintiff-side disputes involving wrongful termination and non-compete agreements.
Insurance Defense/Torts:
Personal injury, professional malpractice, and general liability.
Probate Litigation:
Contested wills and trust disputes.
The Role & Responsibilities Lead Depositions:
Confidently handle and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
Trial Advocacy:
Manage trials from "start to finish," including jury selection, opening/closing arguments, and witness examination.
Case Management:
Oversee discovery, draft substantive motions, and develop winning case strategies.
Client Interface:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, strategic counsel.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of practicing civil litigation.
Licensure:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Idaho State Bar.
Proven Track Record:
Tangible experience with depositions and significant involvement in trial preparation or execution.
Compensation & Culture Salary:
$93k-$115k/Annually +
