Attorney - Spanish SpeakingPosition Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Spanish-speaking Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in personal injury and immigration law, providing exceptional legal representation to our diverse clientele. This role requires strong advocacy skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in personal injury and immigration cases before courts and administrative agenciesConduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefsConsult with clients to understand their legal needs and provide guidance through the legal processNegotiate settlements on behalf of clientsStay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury and immigrationCollaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive case managementQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionFluency in Spanish, both written and spokenMinimum 2 years of experience in personal injury and immigration lawStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
