We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Spanish-speaking Attorney to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will specialize in personal injury and immigration law, providing exceptional legal representation to our diverse clientele. This role requires strong advocacy skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury and immigration cases before courts and administrative agencies
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Consult with clients to understand their legal needs and provide guidance through the legal process
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury and immigration
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury and immigration law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
