Our firm handles complex, high-stakes matters with a personalized, strategic approach — and our paralegals are essential to that mission. What You'll Do Draft pleadings, discovery, financial affidavits, and correspondence Manage case files, deadlines, and court scheduling Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation Support a team that values communication, precision, and individualized strategy Intake Initial consultations What You Bring 2+ years of family law or litigation paralegal experience preferred Excellent writing, organization, and multitasking skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment Professional, empathetic communication with clients Familiarity with case management software (Smokeball) What We Offer Competitive salary with performance bonuses A collaborative, respectful work environment Opportunities skill development A mission-driven team focused on protecting families and preserving futures
