Job Description:

Our client, a Midwest based 200+ attorney law firm with a global reach, seeks a motivated and experienced Trusts & Estates holder to join-and potentially co?lead-a well?established team of 30+ attorneys and paralegals across multiple offices. This role could sit in Milwaukee, Madison or Chicago. Key Responsibilities Provide sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer counsel, including advanced gift strategies and asset protection planning Advise high?net?worth individuals, families, business owners, executives, and professional athletes and entertainers Prepare and oversee federal estate tax returns for taxable estates and federal gift tax returns Represent estates, trusts, and individuals in IRS estate and gift tax audits Contribute to firm and practice group leadership, including co?management responsibilities (e.g., recruiting, policy and procedure development, forms and workflow design, meeting coordination, and administrative oversight) Qualifications 10+ years of high?level trusts and estates experience with a strong focus on estate and transfer tax planning Demonstrated experience handling complex taxable estates and gift planning matters Strong client advisory skills with the ability to manage and grow long?term relationships Leadership or management experience is a plus • Wisconsin bar admission is not required for this role.
