Qualified attorneys will have 2-5 +/- years of experience in a well-regarded firm (AmLaw preferred), with a strong M&A background. This is a great opportunity to get into a firm that offers longevity, a broader corporate practice, and better work/life balance vs. many larger Chicago firms.
