Job Description

We are a fast-paced, well-established personal injury firm seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a high-volume, high-value case environment and is looking for substantial earning potential.
What You'll Do:
Manage a caseload of approximately 80-90 personal injury files Handle cases from intake through settlement or trial Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients to maximize recovery Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience Proven ability to independently manage a substantial caseload Strong negotiation and case management skills Results-driven with a track record of successful settlements
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $125,000 - $150,000 A percentage of all fees earned on files that you settle or otherwise resolve Total earning potential: $300,000 - $400,000+ annually 3 weeks paid vacation Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance If you're an experienced personal injury attorney looking to take your career and earnings to the next level, we'd love to hear from you.
