This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation attorney seeking hands-on responsibility, mentorship from experienced trial attorneys, and exposure to high-dollar personal injury matters. If you have experience handling trucking accidents, serious injury litigation, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation — we want to hear from you. 🔹
What You'll Do:
- Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution
- Handle trucking accident and commercial vehicle cases
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue motions and attend hearings
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Assist with trial preparation and actively participate at trial
- Work closely with experienced partners on high-exposure cases 🔹
