Position Overview You will be engaged in a diverse pipeline of legal appraisal assignments , including: Divorce and dissolution of marriage valuations Estate, probate, and date-of-death appraisals Retrospective and complex valuation scenarios Litigation support and attorney consultation This role offers consistent exposure to non-lender work , requiring analytical rigor, narrative strength, and defensible reporting.
