Job Description

Our Edwardsville office is looking for an experienced, client‑focused Legal Admin with a strong background in family law. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable serving as the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Primary Responsibilities Managing client calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Coordinating consultations and maintaining an accurate appointment schedule E‑filing documents through MyCase for Illinois matters Scanning and organizing files to maintain orderly digital and physical records Welcoming clients and providing in‑office support Maintaining attorney calendars , including court dates and internal deadlines Communicating updates promptly with attorneys, paralegals, and clients Required Qualifications 3+ years of legal secretary or legal administrative experience ( family law required ) Proficiency with Apple/Mac systems Experience with Illinois e‑filing via MyCase Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Personable, confident, and able to encourage prospective clients to book consultations Familiarity with MyCase, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Excel Preferred Skills Experience managing court‑related deadlines Knowledge of law office software and efficient workflow practices Familiarity with Missouri CaseNet e‑filing All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
