The main priority will be to provide to the business teams legal advice and assess risk and assist in the negotiation of a variety of corporate and commercial agreements. This position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including professional services agreements, software licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc. Identifying contractual risk and advising business teams on various legal risks/issues Collaborate with other departments such as Finance, Human Resources, the IT Security Team, and Sales and Marketing Teams in connection with contract drafting. Participate in negotiation calls alongside the Vistex commercial team Performs other duties as assigned The compensation for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
